No, our runs are completely free! We believe running should be accessible to everyone in our community.

Do I need to RSVP?+

While not required, we encourage RSVPs through our website so we can get an accurate headcount and plan accordingly. It also helps us notify you of any last-minute changes due to weather.

How do I stay updated on run details?+

Create an account on our website to receive email updates about run locations, route changes, and weather-related cancellations. You can also RSVP for events to get specific details.

Do you run year-round?+

Yes, we run every Thursday throughout the year! We might adjust start times seasonally for safety and daylight, but we're committed to maintaining our weekly tradition.

Membership

Do I need to be fast to join?+

Absolutely not! All paces are welcome. We have groups that range from walkers to faster runners, and we make sure no one gets left behind. Our motto is 'all paces welcome' and we mean it.

Can beginners join?+

Yes! We love having new runners join our group. We have experienced runners who are happy to offer tips and encouragement. Everyone starts somewhere!

Are there any age restrictions?+

Runners under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We want to ensure everyone's safety while having fun!

When and where do you meet?+

We meet every Thursday at 6:00 PM (7pm currently). Check our events page for the specific location as we rotate between different starting points around Perry, GA to explore various routes.

How long are the runs?+

Our routes vary from 2-3 miles depending on the week. We always offer multiple distance options and pace groups, so you can choose what works best for you.

Do you have routes for different fitness levels?+

We typically offer multiple route options each week - shorter routes for beginners or those wanting an easier day, and longer routes for more experienced runners. There's something for everyone.

Is parking available?+

Yes, we choose meeting locations with adequate parking. Specific parking information is included in each event listing on our website.

Safety

What should I bring?+

Just bring yourself, running shoes, and water if needed. We recommend wearing reflective or bright clothing since some runs may extend into twilight hours.

What happens if it's raining?+

We typically run rain or shine, but we'll cancel for severe weather like thunderstorms or dangerous conditions. Check your email or our website for weather-related updates on run days.

What if I can't keep up?+

Don't worry! We have sweep runners who stay with the back of the group to ensure everyone makes it back safely. We never leave anyone behind, and there's no shame in walking when you need to.
