Perry Run Group — Waiver and Release of Liability

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that running with Perry Run Group is a potentially hazardous activity that may result in injury or death. I certify that I am medically able to participate, in good health, and properly trained.

I assume all risks associated with participating in group runs, including but not limited to: weather conditions; heat or cold; traffic; road and sidewalk conditions; wildlife encounters; falls; and medical emergencies. I agree to follow pedestrian rules and understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/inline skates, animals, and personal music players are not allowed during group runs.

I waive and release Perry Run Group, Bodega Brew, the City of Perry, and the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) from all claims or liabilities arising from my participation.
